FANGLUE PROJECT - BEIJING, CHINA

Project : Rehabilitation of the waiting  area in an administration builbing in Beijing. The client wants to bring uses to this area, not only chairs. The client wants to bring experiences to the customers and visitors. Thus we decided to not change the space or modify the walls and floor. We decide to re-use and recycle trains in order to organise and create uses in the area. The visitor create his own path, exprerience while waiting and he can choose his use and what we want to do. We have designed inside those trains : a restaurant, a library, a skate park, a garden, a TV lounge, a cafe and so on. 

We used this project to understand and explore all the possibilities of re-using and recycling the trains.
